Account-wide preferences​

Hunks (Git History Analysis)​

Enables automatic git diff analysis for your repositories; turning it off stops all background analysis. Unlike the visual-effects switch below, this applies to your whole account, not just the current browser.

Teams (Collaboration)​

Unlocks creating and managing Teams. Off by default and enabled per account rather than from this page. Without it the Teams page is hidden — you can still accept a team invitation and use a Marquee shared with you.

Beta program​

Fibe runs as a beta: signing in and authenticating against the API require beta participation, granted per account. Without it, sign-in redirects to the waitlist.

Per-browser preferences​

Stored on this browser only. Don't affect other devices.

Animations and visual effects​

Turn off on slow devices. Disables decorative motion, smooth scrolling, blur, and glow effects. UI remains functional.

Two states surfaced:

  • Full visual effects enabled — default.
  • Reduced effects active on this device — set when off.
